Apple Hit by Lawsuit Case for Slowing down the iPhone
Wednesday, Apple had confirmed that they were slowing down the iPhone which had to get older.Following this makes registered a class-action against the Cupertino giant in Los Angeles, because of hurting the older iPhone Devices.Separately five peoples had fired a lawsuit case against Apple.
According to the reports, Stefan Bogdanovich, from Los Angeles, filed this first class action lawsuit, Bogdanovich claims that Apple’s tactic to slow down the performance of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus which causes a huge loss for the customers who purchased it.The plaintiff, in his argument, mentions that the decisions had taken by Apple was “never requested and never upon it”.Additionally, he claimed that this is a tactic which Apple used to increase the sales every year.The lawsuit demands the Apple to stop these practices and also should charge the penalty for this.
Last year we had seen that iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and iPhone SE to smooth out the peaks, which prevent the device from unexpectedly shutting down during these conditions.We’ve now extended that features to iPhone 7 with iOS 11.2 and plan to add support for other products in the future.
Apple acknowledgement had come as a result of Primate Lab’s report on GeekBench date that slowed the performance in the iPhone 7and iPhone 6 Plus when aged for more than a year.
A second lawsuit against Apple, as reported by Chicago Sun-Times, has also come into the limelight.Five Apple customers in Chicago have filed a federal lawsuit “deceptive, immoral and unethical” practices that Apple has carrying on.
